Redcurrant Lotus Jam This recipe originated in a recipe book by Claude Monet, who shared his own redcurrant jam. To this historical base, we've chosen to add a natural lotus flower flavour, echoing Monet's iconic “Water Lilies”. Its sweet floral notes evoke the sweets of childhood, in the spirit of the poppies and violets of yesteryear. A jam that's both lively and delicate, where fruit meets the art and nostalgia of yesteryear. Strawberry Poppy Jam The strawberry, a generous and delicious fruit, is worked to preserve its natural sweetness and roundness in the mouth. We've added a hint of poppy, in direct reference to Claude Monet's painting “Promenade à Argenteuil”. This flower, emblematic of Monet's landscapes, adds a sweet, slightly honeyed floral touch, evoking the sweets of childhood, in the spirit of the poppies of yesteryear.
