The purpose of these provisions is to inform the purchaser of the processing of his/her personal data and of his/her rights. By accepting the sales and delivery contract, the buyer consents to the processing of his/her personal data.

Jaime Sàrl, whose registered office is at Rue des Boudines 3, 1217 Meyrin, Switzerland, (hereinafter: the seller) is responsible for processing the buyer's personal data.

As part of its services, the seller may process the following personal data:

first name, surname, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address; ;
the content of communications (e.g. e-mails, letters); ;
information relating to the order; ;
financial data such as credit card details; ;
optional data provided by the purchaser voluntarily, such as a different delivery address, choice of order, floral preferences, etc; ;
data relating to third parties, for example recipients of deliveries.

Jaime Sàrl processes the buyer's personal data for the following purposes:

the conclusion and performance of the sales contract and the delivery contract; ;
customer service, for example in the event of a complaint by the buyer; ;
the buyer's security, for example to avoid payment defaults and prevent damage to property, in particular fraud, theft and embezzlement; ;
the performance of a legal obligation, for example, communication to the criminal prosecution authorities; ;
for advertising purposes, unless the buyer objects.

The recipients to whom personal data may be transmitted are IT service providers, financial organisations, delivery companies, Jaime Sàrl's partners and the authorities.

Personal data is kept only to the extent necessary for the purposes for which it is to be processed.

The purchaser has the right of access to personal data concerning him. They also have the right to have inaccurate data corrected, to have their contentious nature mentioned, to have it deleted, destroyed or to be forbidden from processing it or communicating it to a third party, within the limits of the law.

If you go to the login page, a temporary cookie will be created to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal data and will be deleted automatically when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will set a number of cookies to record your login details and screen preferences.

The lifespan of a connection cookie is two days, that of a screen option cookie is one year.

If you tick «Remember me», your connection cookie will be stored for a fortnight.

If you log out of your account, the connection cookie will be deleted.
